The same situation is with the apartments: you can find a cozy 2-bedroom apartment in 60m2, Prague 2 –for 20 000 CZK per month, but you can have a  luxury 5-bedroom apartment of 180 m2  in new building in Prague 7, the total value of 4 000 000 CZK.
